Leslie Fried founded Global Color Concepts, Inc., in 2006, to provide coatings companies around the world with an outside resource for total color support. From color development to customer service and color documentation, GCC revolutionizes the automotive refinish industry by bringing specialized and comprehensive color expertise to coatings companies.

A color professional for over 28 years, Leslie is renowned for her strong understanding of coatings technologies, formula development, marketing, and for significant accomplishments in the global color industry.

The staff assembled represents many years of knowledge gained mostly from our familiarity with European based refinish paint companies. These companies are known for their very high expectations and demands for tight color matching tolerances while adhering to stringent quality control processes.

The GCC team includes David Durham, at the forefront of color accuracy for the automotive refinishing, in charge of Color Verification and Data Controls; William Boyce, with extensive hands-on color development, training, and sales experience, responsible for the Laboratory; and Deborah Banko, with over 26 years of diverse accounting and publishing experience, charged with Business and Customer Relations.

With the support of John Melching as CEO, and his CFO Franklin O'Neal as Treasurer, Leslie planned and built GCC's multi-million dollar, state-of-the-art coloristics facility, including laboratories for research and development, modern spray booths with computerized spraying equipment, file storage and retrieval systems, a comprehensive, up-to-date color library, a customer service and phone support center, and administrative and training offices.
